Shipping Policies:

At this time we will only ship within the US and U.S. territories.
Any orders outside these area will be canceled.

Use of Re-shippers:

Use of Re-shipping addresses will be declined or canceled unless we are contacted before order is placed.

If your shipping address does not match you billing address most likely your order will be declined as a fraudulent charge. It will be marked as High Risk and declined during processing. Please contact us before placing an order if you are using a company the reships your order. We also check the address that is used before shipment and will not accept payments to companies the reship orders because of the high risk of fraud unless we are contacted before hand and have discussed the order.

How We Ship:

All items except movies and non collectibles items will be wrapped and protected using a form of bubble wrap and/or air pillows to protect the item then shipped using a cardboard box.

Movies will be shipped using bubble wrap and a envelope. Some larger box sets maybe shipped using a box as well.

Most multiple orders may be shipped together but depending on the items multiple order may ship in multiple boxes and have separate tracking numbers for each package. Please look at you order for specific tracking numbers.

Items will be shipped using USPS First class mail that weigh up to 16 ounces. Orders weighing more than 16 ounces will ship priority mail. Heavier Movie box sets may be shipped USPS Media Mail. All shipments will be shipped with tracking number that will be applied to your order once the item is shipped.

We reserve the right to use other shipping services if need be on larger orders.

We do not include any packaging receipts to help with the environment. If any information is needed on your order please refer to your order online or via email receipt.

Please allow up to 3 business days for your item to be shipped. We can not guaranteed any shipping time that occurs after shipment has been shipped.


Buyer takes responsibility for any items that are returned to us.  If you are not satisfied with your item please contact us immediately.  Return to sender packages will be refunded minus any shipping cost.

In store pickups:

At checkout you can select the option to pick you item up at our store location. There is no fee for this. Items will be placed on hold for 10 days. After that item will be refunded and put back into inventory. You will receive a email from us once the item is ready for pickup. Pickup hours are only during business hours. Please contact us if there is any issue with you picking up your item.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. All items are shipped based on weight of the item plus a handling free for shipping supplies. 

Funko Pops that are valued at $25.00 or more will ship with a Soft Protector.
Funko Pops or other collectable items valued at $50.00 or more will also ship with USPS insurance.
