A1 Swag wants your Pops!

If you are local to us and want to sell your collection, please read the following requirements and click on the link at the bottom of the page to fill out our form.

Requirements for selling us your Pop Collection.

  • We purchase collections based on Store needs. Not every submission will receive an estimate. Please read the following guidelines before submitting your collection. If you do not hear from us within the 5 to 7 business days after submitting this form, your collection may not have been selected for an estimate.

  • The person selling the Pops MUST be 18 years or older.

  • Must be local or willing to bring your collection to us. (Date and Time will be scheduled with you after an offer is made)

  • All Pops must be from a smoke free environment.

  • Currently, we are only buying standard size 4" Funko Pops. We are not buying Mystery Mini's, Dorbz, Rock Candy, Pins, etc.

  • For safety reasons, any items containing clothing (ex: Pops and Tees, Pop Tees, etc.) must be factory sealed and unopened.

  • We purchase collections based on price, popularity, condition, overall variety of items in the collection, and store needs. Not every collection submitted will receive an estimate.

  • We are no longer buying collections that just contain common $20.00 and under pops. Collections must have at least a 25% ratio of Pops valued at or over $30.00 in the collection (Not including 10 inch, Deluxe Pops, Movie Moments, or other large items). Collections with multiple Pops valued at or over $30.00 may contain some common Pops.

  • We do not pay Full PPG or Funko App prices. Prices are based off of various places such as PPG, Ebay, Whatnot, etc. and we will only pay a percentage of that price. Common Pops, that we decide to purchase, that we can still order from Funko will be priced off of our wholesale Funko pricing regardless of PPG or any other selling platform. Depending on the price and condition of the Pop expect about 25% to 55% of the value. Lower priced Pops will receive a lower percentage where higher priced Pops will receive a higher percentage.

  • Once a Collection is submitted, if we are interested, we will contact you within 5 business days with an estimate. If we are not interested at this time in your items we will try to email you and let you know we are not interested, but with the large number of submissions these emails may not go out quickly. You are more than welcome to email us if you have not heard from us within 5 to 7 business days after submitting your collection.

  • We ask that you do not just bring a large collection of Pops into the store to sell without contacting us and setting up a time and day to bring them in. For various reasons we would like to set up a schedule for people to bring in Pops. Large collections may take time to go through and if we are busy or have another collection, we may not be able to get to them.

  • Not every collection submitted will receive an offer.

  • We are very picky when it comes to condition. Any creases or imperfections may affect the price and change the original estimate once we go through them.

  • We reserve the right to adjust any estimate after going through the actual collection in person due to any unlisted damage or incorrect listing or description of any Pop from the original form.

  • If you have any questions about the requirements or any part of the form, please feel free to contact us.

  • Please be as detailed as possible when listing Pops or any damaged pops on the form. We go through all the Pops piece by piece, so any damage not noted or unknown details may effect your over all estimate after we go through them.

The best and fastest way to send us your collection is through a PPG link. This will give us a better idea of exactly what you have. Sending us just a list may result in inaccurate pricing for your Pops! and an incorrect estimate. 


If your collection doesn't meet all the above requirements, then we most likely won't be interested; we only say this, so you don't go through the process and end up not receiving an offer.

Please allow up to 5 business days for us to respond with an offer if we are interested in your collection. We look at all the submissions for each week then contact the sellers of the collections we decide to purchase. If you do not hear from us within 5 business days most likely we have decided on another collection to purchase. You are more than happy to resubmit your collection after 30 days.
